Will not install

I am trying to install fences 4 and get this message. Has anyone gotten this message and how did you get it to install?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
Note: Please change your username to something else. It is advisable not to use your email account as your username.
