WindowBlinds and IconPackager

I've been using every Stardock software avaliable on steam and i like most of them and using them in my daily life. Curtains is not very usefull and there is not enough skins avaliable. Is there any chance that WindowBlinds and IconPackager will ever be avaliable on Steam? I'd like to buy those but payment methods are limited in my country.

I'm eagerly awaiting news on WindowBlinds being available on Steam. I thought they would explicitly state if it would or not with the new 11 beta.
