2003 Awards

This was touched on in another thread recently but i would love to see some sort of Awards Ceremony (call it what you like) where all the members of WC Community have the opportunity to vote for the best skins of the year. We could have a few catergories but not too many - possibly keep it to 2 - Windowblinds and Others. There are many ways it could work but we do not want to make too much extra work for the mods and admins.
Hopefully Stardock or WC might like to put up a prize or two if we speak nicely to Brad or has anyone else got any ideas.....First prize a night out on the town with IR, second prize spelling lessons with Kona, third prize a trip round the space ship Enterprise with Fuzzy.......no guys i am joking and this is purely an idea which please feel free to shoot down in flames or give your own opinion

I would love to see something like this too. But I dont think the admins wanted this though, maybe it's too much work for them.

I think it's a great idea but I doubt it would be more work on the admins.......besides it should be a community thing that determines the best of what ever category.

There would have to be administrative work involved and i would be happy to take some of the burden of this respondsibilty from our already overworked admin and moderation staff if they so wished

Billy......Randy has already seen this thread as he has left a comment and i dare say the other moderators and staff will have seen it or will see it so lets just see what happens. They discuss a lot of matters amongst themselves and hopefully this is something which they may wish to consider. I do not want to craze their socks off about this so lets be patient and see what happens but as i said i am happy to take away some of the administrative burden if they so wish. I am also happy to put forward some ideas on how this would work to the admins and mods but firstly i need a reaction from them as i do not want to tread on anyones toes
