Fences 4 upgrade Licens issue?

Guys, i have some Fences 3 Licenzes. 1 key allows me to use it on 5 different machines.

If i'm now upgrade to Fences 4, i'm only allowed to use it on 1 Machine?

And i'm only allowed to upgrade it to the "small" version of Fences 4:

i have to downgrade my licence to upgrade my license and still have to pay?
