Voting on skins

Hello All! I know this has to be a stupid question but here goes. How do I vote. I purchased windowBlinds 4 so I should be able to vote. If I clik on the vote button it opens up the comments window but I do not know how to get it to accept a vote. Please help, you can laugh and call me stupid as long as you answer

joey-716 - No one is going to laugh at you. You are asking a valid question. The answer however, is simple. When the comments window pops up, you'll see a section that says, "select a rating". Use the arrow beside the box to select a rating, then hit "submit Rating"

that does not happen when I open the comments I do not see select a rating. Now I feel really stupid. What could I be doing wrong???

I don't think you can rate, just see the rating. Your a citizen Level-3.BR>

I believe you have to be at least a level 3 user to rate skins.
