Fences enabled messed up desktop icons

When I enable Fences my desktop icons get scrambled. If I autoarrange and disable grid it fixes them but they are too close together. If I change to large size and then back to normal it fixes spacing. Any ideas?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It is best to move all your desktop icons into Fences so that it can be organize by Fences. You can set that all new icons that come into your desktop be automatically send into a Fences when you set a Fences rule for it. Refer to screenshot below.
