Is it possible to upgrade start 10 to 11?

I have purchased a start 10 license on steam a long time ago, and I would like to know if there will be a free upgrade to 11, or at least a discount on start 11? with fences 4 you made a 50% discount (which is certainly not enough, but at least something)

Start11 is already priced at a point that we felt was very approachable, $5.99.

That said, it will be part of our Steam promotional rotation, seeing it on sale at times thought the year.
