Sorry to hear you are having issues. Why did you post multiple time for the same issue?

Please provide details on your system. You on Intel, AMD or ARM CPU?

Your version of Windows 10 is incredibly old and (forgive me if this is incorrect) appears to be a pirated copy of it.
