START 11 TOTALLY USELESS/BROKEN DUE TO SOFTWARE CONFLICT

SOFTWARE CONFLICT BETWEEN TEAMVIEWER AND START11 VER 1.25. START 11 VER 1.2 IS FINE

Title says it all I reinstalled windows 11 from scratch to see if it would fix my issues I've been having with start11 Ver 1.25. For me start11 ver 1.25 maybe 1/10 clicks on the start menu button would bring up the start menu correctly other times the menu would either be opened and close in an instant or do literally nothing. When I did the clean install, I would install 1 program at a time and check if start11 was working correctly and it worked correctly till I installed TeamViewer, and everything fell apart. Pressing the start key on the keyboard on ver 1.25 no issues this is related to clicks.

Conclusion there is a software conflict between TeamViewer and start 11 ver 1.25. Ver 1.2 of start11 works fine (I'm glad I kept a backup of that since I can't find it anywhere...)

I know for sure that when I got TeamViewer installed that's where the issues started to happen. This should be looked into. If there's a better place to report bugs tell me.

BE WARNED IF YOU TRY TO INSTALL TEAMVIEWER AND START GETTING ISSUES REMOVING TEAMVIEWER WILL NOT RESTORE PROPER FUCTIONALITY! IVE ALREADY TRIED. FOR ME THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IT WAS TO DOWNGRADE TO 1.2.

Also, Can I be sent start11 ver 1.22-1.24 to test when things fell apart? I remember things breaking very recently so I think it broke with Ver 1.25.

Hello,

Its not Teamviewer as it can be reproduced without it.

Needless to say, we are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Thanks for the feedback.

Odd, considering it was fine till I got TeamViewer installed on a clean install then it broke but ok cool.

This is the Start11 button inconsistency (on Win11) you are referring to, yes?

WinKey contrast that does work as expected:

Chief, if you change the Start11 button to a custom one (try a few), do clicks work more consistently like so?

Wow it does work better with a custom button. At most its 1 click that do nothing instead of at stock the 10+ clicks that do nothing. I wasn't expecting that.

EDIT: The start11 icon for the start menu seems to be near perfect. How does a custom icon fix all this?
