Feature Request: Disable button for taskbar section

Hi,

I would like an option to enable / disable the part that customizes the taskbar in Start11. Once I can completely turn off the taskbar modifications, I can combine Start11 with other software like StartAllBack and RoundedTB.

Kind regards,

Leander

Thank you for your response! An other idea is that Start11 will get the same taskbar customizations like RoundedTB (segmented dock and round edges) that way, we don't need to use other tools.

I wanted to combine Start11 with StartAllBack too... but for the taskbar popup menu folder toolbars that StartAllBack restored.

Though even if Start11 could completely disable its taskbar customization, they would still conflict on the startmenu, no? Or did you find a way to completely disable StartAllBack from touching the startmenu?

Cuz sadly SAB only has Win7 style, not Win10... so I would want to combine Start11's startmenu with SAB's taskbar.

Ideally... I'd love to see Start11 add these to its own repertoire, ... and then Start11 would do everything I need to make Win11 a daily driver.

End of eidylon's quote

You can dissable the Startmenu customizations in StartAllBack in the "Startmenu" tab.

Even disabling startmenu stuff in StartAllBack, they still don't play nicely.

With that disabled, clicking on the start button the Start11 startmenu just flashes in and out forever, and you can't do anything with the taskbar/startmenu after that.

I currently use the following versions:

  • StartAllBack 3.6.5
  • Start11 1.31

These versions seem to work fine together. At least, in my case. You can try changing to these versions.
