Application Icons are blank when pinning an app to Start11

from Stardock Forums

When I pin an app (such as Excel) to Start11 or drag the icon to the task bar it appears as a grey box on the Start menu, and if I drag it to the task bar it appears as a black box.  Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try uninstall, reboot (important), reinstall latest version, reboot again. Retest it and report back.
