Sorry to hear you are having issues. WindowFx is not compatible with Windows 11 as listed here : https://forums.stardock.com/505717/stardock-app-compatibility . Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
I use WindowFX on Win11 on a daily basis and I have not come across this issue. Can you explain more about it? (Video would be perfect , if possible) Is it a certain type of window that is disappearing on you? Is it in a certain situation or random? Also, what version of WindowFX are you running?
