I found this article which might interest you despite the implication in your original post that you're referring to all Stardock's software).
I would guess (I don't know with any degree of certainty) that Stardock does translations for languages which are native for most of its customers for any given software program. Perhaps there just isn't the number of customers that would justify translation costs.
Possible, but the latest version that has Korean and Brazilian has just been released and there is no Italian!
Let's see if Hawaiian and Maori come out in the next one, along with Italian!
