Issue w/ Windows 10 Lockscreen and Custom Start10 Taskbar

I've got Windows 10 running with dual monitors, and Start10 providing the Windows 7 style interface and customized taskbars (a grey/blue color, as opposed to the default Windows 10 black taskbar).

When I lock the screen (Windows-L, or Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and then unlock at a point in time later, the taskbar on the right monitor (which is also not the default monitor) returns back to the default Windows 10 black taskbar.  I can only resolve this on occasion with a repeat lock/unlock set of tries.

Anyone else seen this issue?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried to do explorer.exe restart and see if that help? https://www.howtogeek.com/198815/use-this-secret-trick-to-close-and-restart-explorer.exe-in-windows/

Thanks
