Feature request Show partly covered fence on foreground when hovered or rolled down.

My desktop is often partly visible on my large monitor. Fences tend to be partly visible too. Others are hidden behind windows. For those partly visible, it would be nice if the fence becomes completely visible when hovering or rolled down. Complete meaning the fence is in that case on the foreground, overlapping the foreground app/window.

If you are using Fences 4, you can use the the shortcuts "WinKey+Space" & "WinKey+Ctrl+Space" for peek and toggle, respectively.
