Hidden Icons Added to Systray Hide/Unhide Issue

I am running Windows 11 with Start 11, on boot some of the icons are hidden. I move the hidden icons I want to show in the systray (bottom right where clock is) using Taskbar corner overflow on/off, they appear as they should, but on reboot the icons that were unhidden go back to hidden (OFF). I do not know if this is a Windows 11 issue or a Start 11 issue, so I decided to post here to see if others are having the same problem.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. Need to know your Windows 11 full version numbers please. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  2. Also need to know you on Start11 version?
  3. Post screenshots or a video of this issue happening.

Thanks

1. Windows 11 Pro, Version: 21H2, OS Build: 22000.795, Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.795.0

2. Start11 Version: 1.24

Image of systray before reboot, specifically the Advanced System Care icon, first icon in systray top left.

Image of systray after reboot, notice ASC icon is once again in the hidden icons

This happens with other icons as well, but it is intermittent, however the ASC icon "always" goes back into the hidden icons every time I reboot.
