cursor fx is showing an error window "checkCursorChange :0 :Overflow"

You can try to exit CursorFX (if not already) and go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Stardock\CursorFX and delete the "CurrentTheme.CursorFX" file.
Then go to this folder : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes and move all the themes to a temporary location. Now try to add just a few cursor themes and apply one. If it works, maybe you can try to remember the last cursor you tried to apply/had applied when the error occured.
