When I hover over taskbar icons, they frequently show the popup for the task adjacent to it. it is very frustrating.

An example of hovering over Chrome and having Outlook Inbox popup:

I will not do beta, I purchased a full product and did not sign for beta testing. I do not like being yours company unpaid Guinea pig. This is not Support this is abuse and selling something under false pretenses to paid user to be beta test I do not like it and I will not participate in it.

This is a poor of doing business, beta should be a control group with Pacific test and verifications to ensure it doesn't have issues. I do not like companies that beta test on the public without their knowledge are the only way to get support is to becoming unwilling beta tester. I've done thousands of betas over the past 40 years I understand how it works and the way you're doing it is the fastest way to destruction and bankruptcy because you lose the customer’s trust and then put them in a situation they did not choose to be in. If I had wanted to be a beta tester I would have signed up to be a beta tester but I did not choose to be one and I don't like being forced to be one. And you're not doing true beta testing you're using the world as your Guinea pig and sooner or later it will bite you in the backside

I know but refuse to join beta means no support is what all support has told me and tickets get closed with and no one tell when to expected to go live date for V. 1.26. I have feeling from what I have seen and read Beta are poorly controlled to get ready for a release. So I should not expect much because a good beta control and check list should have caught this in the first beta, this basic out of box controls with no changes made to software and most likely and issue refresh icon calculation distance screen size % versus they start up calculation icon screen size % distance it should be a simple fix and the software and/or in the registry, ( I really wanted to actually probably make it function correctly in five or six minutes ) Let me go in and fix is that defeats the purpose of this trial of your software is to see what if someone that did not know anything about computers would have to deal with if there was an issue in evaluation in becoming a reseller. We don’t want our names associated with something that has this kind of issues is the reason for the test. And that comes back to the control of the beta testing group you’re allowing people in to be beta testers that really don’t know how to be beta testers and give you correct information back. We do TechSupport For people all the time know these have issue with and our testing to that level. We know some companies do this intentionally to make money on service calls and we do not believe in recommending software to clients that generate money for service calls because we know of a defect we do not think that’s a good way to do business and keep customer loyalty.

The 'support' is the fix, gaguru.  We listened to client feedback, we fixed it, and included it in a beta that will be released soon.  This is how releases have worked since God created software 😉

Same issue for me. Just bought Start11 and I'm disappointed. Taskbar icons show wrong window when you hover over them.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, download the latest version Start11 2.05.01 (Beta) from your product account page. Install it, reboot again immediately after installation finish. Retest and report back.
