[feature request] would be nice to get a path tooltip when mousing over a result

torn between using start11 search and windows 11 search.   I feel compelled to use start11's as if i'm going to use the start11 start menu i ought to be using that as well.  that being said, its cumbersome to have to use the context menu > properties to find out the path to a result (especially when there are several) and each time you open the properties window it closes the start menu so you have to through it all again if you need to check several results. 

the native windows search allows you to mouse over and it displays a tooltip with that information.  unfortunately it comes with the caveat of monstrosities like microsoft rewards showing etc. 

tough call that could be made easier if we had a means of seeing paths with search results.

Thats a good idea.  Not sure why we didn't do that already as we do for recent files in the Win11 style menu for example, just not in search.

the optimist in me takes that as assuming i can watch for it being added in an update then? :)  that would also mean ill be re-installing start11 lol

only other gripe i have is wondering why icloud is nestled in a folder that looks like this including 2 of the 3 icons being incorrect

while with the default start menu it looks like this with no folder at all
