Fences 4 Graphics Issues

Hi,

I just purchased Fences 4 for windows 11 for two pcs. I have a dual monitor setup on both.

I however, have graphics issues on both systems on the monitor the the fences are on.

 

Both systems are running Win 11 21H2 Build 22000.708

The graphics glitches are the black boxes. I have only attached one pc screenshot but the black box occurs on the other one - again only on the monitor that the fences are on.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system

  1. Fences version?
  2. Does the Black box goes away if you disable Fences?
  3. If yes, try Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Weird thing now, is that it has stopped and gone back to normal without me doing anything. It still happens randomly but then reverts back to normal.

Look like something else is conflicting with Fences. Would like to suggest do the cleanboot and see if that could help to identify which application is conflicting with Fences : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot.
