Start 11 v1.24 still opens several inches above the taskbar after any screen resizing

I have reported this issue several times but it appears that the stardock team doesn't see it as a problem. I have an ultrawide 34 inch monitor with 1440p resolution. Any time that there is any kind of screen resizing, start 11 opens several inches above the taskbar. I never had this problem with start 10 and i used that for a long time. The only way to fix the issue is to restart windows explorer or start 11. I've tested competing products and they don't seem to have this problem but i like the start 11 layout better i just wish someone would fix this annoying issue.
