Hi I have created some ship designs-not from within galaxy gameplay, but from the main menu AFTER I have started the game. Is there a way to import them, cause I don't see them in shipyard menu even though I have favorited them after creation
Hey there! I am just wanting to get a bit more clarity on your question to make sure I understand correctly what you're asking.
Are you having trouble seeing the ships you've designed in your in-game shipyard once you've started playing?
If that's what you're asking, you'll want to make sure that you're playing as the civilization for whatever ship style you've used as a base for your design. If you're having trouble finding your ship in the list, select the little person icon at the top of the menu on the right that says "show custom ships only" and you should be able to see it there.
If that doesn't answer your question and you're still having trouble, I will go bother someone on the team who can help you better than I can. 
No that's not what I am asking. Actually it completely the opposite.
I have started a game, then I quit to main menu and opened ship designer, designed some ships, corresponding, of course, to the civ I play. Then went back to the game, played quite a few hours and got to the point where I should have seen my ships available in the in-game shipyard. Well, they aren't there.
So my guess is it is because I have actually designed them AFTER the galaxy was created. Now my question is-is there still a way to import them?
UPD: found workarround-I just need to save it OVER some in-game existing design, preferably default.
