Questions about licence pricings compared; suite vs. individual.

Hello! 
You know, every second email i receive from Stardock tells me to buy Object Dock already! Kind a bit annoying and since i only use Start11 and Fences 4 i do not see a reason to buy the whole suite which is much more expensive. However, things have changed lately with the new licence system. While i could simultanously install my applications on five independant systems before, is now need a licence for each or to buy the new multi-device-licences which cost me 17,99 € + 35,99 € = 53,98 € to get the same.
Object Dock would cost 58,99 € (or 47,19 € or whatever other offer i received by email).
So, can someone please explain to me IN DETAIL if this is correct and what exactly the benefits of the suite are? Asked the support but only received a one-liner again. Or did i understood something wrong here? Maybe a subscription? Or do i need to buy each major version again or something? It seems somehow strange to raise the licence prices on the individual applications licences but at the same time offering the suite even cheaper and cheaper and cheaper ... even compared to buy just two licences.
