"Rainy" is some kind of children´s speak for a Rainlendar skin.

Heck, I'm nearly 29 and I'm still a children too. ^.^

(And you know - it's getting really sad when you have to 'do the match' whenever you need to remember how old you are...)

Actually, in reality, Rainy is the name of the guy who developped Rainlendar.  But he has a few other apps too, all starting with "Rain"something (Rainminder, Rainmation, Rainmeter and of course Rainlendar) - although most are Litestep modules not standalone apps.

not to the same amount. imagine WindowBlinds skins (or visual styles if you prefer that term) being called "Windys" or "Sissys" for Sysmetrix skins.

when loading the themes on the Rainy there's an extra file with all the setting in it. where do i load that to make it look right or do i need to put all the numbers in myself?

Do not move this file. This is the file that governs all the positioning and skinning attributes and it must not be moved although you can edit it to have different effects etc etc.

ok well i don't know where to put it in Rainy. do i just type in all the configurations myself so the calender will look correctly?

When you download a Rainy skin........you unzip the contents and put all the files in the skins folder in Rainlendar........come out of it and right click Rainlendar that is siting on your desktop and configure it and chose your skin..........If you find there is something you do not like about the skin.......ie fonts........go into the skin and open up this settings file and search for the item you want to change and change it. I hope i am making sense.......if not please ask more questions coz i am only too willing to help
