Start 11 - constantly causing Windows Explorer to crash

Hi there,

I wondered if someone could help me please. When I am using the latest version of Start 11, Windows Explorer constantly seems to crash. If I disable close Start 11 via Task Manager, it works fine.

I have ran the purge tool from here and restarted, then re-installed with a fresh installer from the Stardock website, and the issue still persists. I have even performed a clean install of Windows 11 from scratch to see if that fixes the issue.

System file checker returns no errors

I have a HP ProBook 440 G6 with 8th Gen i5 running Windows 11 Professional if that helps.

Do you have Microsoft Minecraft loader installed?

If so if you upgrade to 1.22 beta this should be resolved.

It sounds like im having the same issue.. if i try to use 1.2 my explorer crashes over and over until i uninstall back 1.1

This came after i tried updating windows... but i uninstalled the update do to this and it still crashes when i try to use 1.2

 

Thanks abunch for this i got it working by uninstalling mincraft launcher.

btw what was the process diagnosing?
