When playing a full-screen windowed game the taskbar is normally hidden but when it's made visible via Windows key or other means it doesn't go back behind the game afterward when the taskbar loses focus.

I have noticed this as well. Super annoying, but also probably quite minor on the list of things to fix.

We have made a change for the upcoming 1.22 build which may help this.
Windows build 22000.613, Start11 1.21 beta. Seems to happen on 1.2 as well though.
