Start11 - Recycle Bin to Taskbar

Hi Folks, got myself Start11 for a new Win11 laptop and loving it. One niggle, and I'm not sure if it's a Start11 or Win11 issue, is that I can't seem to successfully pin the recycle bin to the taskbar. I've tried:

1. Using the right-click -> "pin to start" option to no effect (although to be clear, I want it on the taskbar and not in the start menu); and

2. Have tried dragging and dropping the recycle bin itself to the taskbar (tooltip displays "no you don't" symbol); and

3. Have also made a shortcut of the recycle bin and dragged and dropped it over the taskbar (tooltip text "pin to taskbar") - nothing doing. 

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong or what the issue might be? A quick search didn't turn up anything in the forum.

Folders cannot be pinned to the taskbar and are also not allowed to be pinned on Win10 I believe.

Thanks for the quick reply! Hm, that's too bad. I'm jumping off from Win7, so I hadn't run into that limitation yet. I guess it'll have to be in the start menu after all.
