Fences 4 can't create new "fence"

Hi,

The issues is : can't create new "fence"

Already used https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/Purge_Fences.zip to uninstall it,

then reinstalled the latest version https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download-trial

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have locked your fences. If you did, disable it and retest.
