Start 11 won't run in Windows 11 ARM

Receiving the following error when trying to run Start 11 after a clean install in Win11 ARM:

Start11 requires an Intel/AMD cpu I am afraid.
That said the error message is, in typical Microsoft fashion, wrong in many ways. As you note it isn't Start10 and also it does not have security or performance issues. It simply will not run as a ARM native version of the core dlls would be required on an ARM version of Windows.
