Start 11 taskbar locked at top of screen after gaming

Am using the latest version of Start 11. Did some Steam gaming for the first time in a while (Dishonored), exited game to find taskbar locked to the top of the screen with no way to move it. Had to restart my computer for it to restore back to the bottom.

By latest version do you mean v1.18 beta or 1.1/1.11?

I have 1.16 (beta I think) - attempting to update says it is up to date.

Go to your account page and you can get the latest

version 1.18 there .
