Spacemonger activation failure

Hi

I am having an issue activating Spacemonger on Windows 11. I have confirmed that my activation key is valid and I am using the correct email address.

The error I get is:

Unable to activate SpaceMonger. Please try again or contact support. (Error code: -11)

 

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I tried install and activate spacemonger on my Windows 11 syatem and it work. So, I am not sure it don,t work on your system. I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Have you try deactivate old activation and try activation again?

Hi there

Do you know how I would do this? One original license is on a machine that doesn't exist any more. 

Actually the second license is brand new and has never been activated. I get the error if I try to use either of these license.

As for new license not activating. Usually there is an error/typo when entering Email address while buying. You can raise support ticket using link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.
