Support - Game crashes on start

Yesterday i downloaded an update for the beta of GC4 overnight and today i wanted to play the game. The game however crashes after every startup with the message that the game had problems accessing my user files. I figured that maybe there was a download issue so i manually uninstalled the game and deleted the files of the main game and the test version.

I then redownloaded the Game via Epicgames and it worked fine with the test version. The main version is broken however, since i am not able to uninstall, reinstall or verify the game even though i dont have a trace of it on my computer.

The worst part is that the test version after its succesful redownload still wont work with the same issue as before making the game crash.

The Troubleshooting site http://tinyurl.com/GCSupport does not work since i basically require "access from an administrator of intuitcorp.quickbase.com" and now im stumped as to how im supposed to fix it.

It worked totally fine before the update too.

I actually feel like i got swindeled out of my 40 Bucks and id rather not have to call and have it refunded, because i DID like the game up until this point.

And when the game DOES come out of its Beta and my game is irrecoverably broken until then, am i then actually not able to play the game even though I spent my money on it?
