can't download yet

I renewed my subscription 1 day ago and tried to download a screensaver. but I still get the error " you are currently at your download limit".

When will I be able to start unlimited downloading again? I used so many different browsers and even the browser on my phone, logged in and out and in again but still the same error. What to do?

I had another customer with a similar situation to yours and that ended up fixing his problem (turning VPN off)

If I remember correctly you are using Edge, what level do you have your tracking prevention set at?

so the particular problem im facing is that my profile is showing my user Level: Member instead of User Level: Subscriber and Downloads: Unlimited

what will fix this?

i don't see the screenshot your showing. the ME settings comes up as a sidebar: some of the options are browsing data, privacy (send do not track requests set at off), security (block pop ups and windows defender smartscreen turned On)

I think you might have the Legacy version of Edge, can you update that or do you have another updated browser that you use?

We have already confirmed that your account works correctly on other computers, so we are tying to get your computer's browser to a more default state and see if it might work properly that way

i don't know which version of ME i'm using (can't find the about tab) or if its a legacy version or not. can u post links to the latest non-legacy version of Edge or Firefox, which i also use? maybe the one you are using,

the help and feedback tab doesn't even show what the screenshot above is showing. but I did see 'about this app' at the bottom of the settings sidebar.

I finally found a version of ME version 100.0.1185.39 that was on a windows 8.1 laptop and it worked!

now I just have to find this browser version for my windows 10 and download it asap.

unfortunately, its been over a month since I registered and started posting about my subscription/downloading problems.  can I get a month + extension of my subscription?

Please use InPrivate mode in Edge (or similar mode in another browser):

Then login to the Wincustomize site in the mode and go to your profile page

Confirm with a screenshot (entire screen) if it will display the correct level properly or not

still unable to log in as a registered member. ive tried the in-private browsing with different browsers and get the same result.  it  just shows me as a plain member, not paid subscriber
