registered user (renewal)

can't download yet

I renewed my subscription 1 day ago and tried to download a screensaver. but I still get the error " you are currently at your download limit".

When will I be able to start unlimited downloading again? I used so many different browsers and even the browser on my phone, logged in and out and in again but still the same error. What to do?

If you go to your account page does it show your renewed for another year ?

Do you mean my profile page? On the  wincustomize page  it only shows member level, member since, last seen, and member number but nothing about renewal. On the stardock page , my account/profile shows only customer information. No mention of renewal status.

I checked with paypal and the payment did go through.

There was an error showing My order history. Just says "sorry, there was an error" and to contact support.

I also purchased deskscapes 10 awhile back and 11 yesterday but there's no record of any of them.

I clicked My Downloads from the drop-down menu under my avatar and the opening page just says "no registrations found".

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Send in a Ticket to support here https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4

and wait for a response as they are answered in the order received , don't send a second ticket.

They will fix your issue .

where do I find the response to my ticket? will it go to my private messages inbox? will they send it to my email? if I was supposed to receive a ticket number, I didn't get one.

Check your Spam folder incase it goes there.

Your email is where it will come.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. When you raise a Support ticket. Once all the information provided and you click the submit/send button. You will get a respond on the web itself and you will given a ticket number right then. Something that look like screenshot below. Check if your email listed there is correctly spelled. Confirmation and help/respond email should arrive to that email address.

Well, I finally got a reply from support on March 15. In a video he told me about in-private browsing. So I tried logging into my account with Microsoft Edge but that didn't work. I then sent him this reply:

"I opened an in-private window in Ms Edge but after logging in, my profile showed:  Downloads remaining: 1 and User Level: Member instead of User Level: Subscriber and Downloads: Unlimited".

He stopped corresponding with me after that and I haven't heard from him since March 18. It's already been
weeks since I re-subscribed and I still can't download anything. I've waited many days trying to resolve my issue. Hopefully I can get compensated for time lost.
