Satrt10 vs Start11 Second Windows Button Absent

Greetings,

Before using Start11 I have been using Start10 program.

I have just noticed that within Start11 (using Windows 10 still) there only key to activated alternative Windows 10 Menu is the second Windows, right one, key.
Before there was an option to use the Windows key pressed a bit longer.

In my laptop there is no the right Windows key, the key is set for the function purpose.

Please restore the previous option in the setting or point me via a link to acquire the Start10 Menu.

If any, will the same licence key be accepted?

Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

If you go to your account page ( My Downloads ) you should see an option for

Start10 download.

Today you will also see an option for the latest release of Start11 , and it will

have both windows keys option . Does for me ...

Thank you.

As far as I understand the today's Start11 update will restore the long-press Windows (left key) to open a Windows 10 native menu?

If I install Start10 menu shall I uninstall Start11 one? Will the licence be kept?

Yes uninstall first

If you have stand alone Lic. that's good for life .

If you use Object Desktop that's a yearly renewal service

so has long as that's renewed you'll always have a Lic.

Will today's update fix the issue (Start11)?

I have the same question. My Win11 laptop will not open the Windows menu when holding down the Start Menu key a bit longer. It does on my Win11 Desktop. The desktop had a previous version of Stardock StartMenu on it before I upgrade both my laptop and desktop to Win11 with Start11. The desktop can still open the default Windows menu when holding the left StartMenu key for just a bit longer than normal. The laptop will not. Neither seems to have a setting for that, so I'm guessing there is a registry setting on the desktop left over from the previous startmenu that allows it to work and such setting is missing from the current GUI. I'm running StartMenu 11 V1.2
