Blinking item in upper left corner of screen

I have noticed a minor issue when hovering over items in the Windows 7 style right hand menues. Some item blinking for a short time (0,5 seconds) in the upper left corner of the desktop. See screenshot.

No big deal at all for me, but just thought I'd bring it to the devs attention.
