Some Animated Desktops won't run

I tried to load a couple of animated backgrounds this morning, and both gave the following error:
I followed the instructions under the "here" link to troubleshoot but found no anomalies on my system.
This is DeskScapes 11 running on Windows 11 Home. The two backgrounds were called "Cloudscape" and "Cloud Flight."

Hello,
Both download Install and work fine on my DS11 Win11 Home PC.
So 1st let's try download KLite Mega Codec Pk https://codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
with Default install , That's what I use . REBOOT PC
and report back here results.
If still an issue we'll go with plan B...
