Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can see the visual artifacts. Do you have any better screenshot. Also list down.

  1. Windows 7,8,10 or 11? And its full version numbers. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Groupy versions.

Grouping produces space between tabs and window in maximized state.

Are you talking about the blue line between the titlebar and the Windows body when the Windows frame is maximize? If yes, than I believe this is known issue.
