I bought a Fences3 in steam ,can I get a upgrade of Fences4?How?

You can upgrade to Fences 4 Steam when it get release on Steam. Or you can just buy Fences 4 direct from Stardock now. But, if you buy direct from Stardock, the activation will be license key system. https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/
