Start 11 version 1.11 breaks weather on taskbar

Just installed the update to 1.11 and now the weather no longer appears on the taskbar when using centered taskbar. It worked before this upgrade. I am on Windows 11 22000.527. 

If I create a new user account on the machine the weather icon works for that account. That would mean something in my profile was changed that disables the functionality. 

Anyone know how to fix?
