Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.

Hi there, answers below:

 

1. I have licence for Fences 3. I disactived on pc as i needed to format.

2.  Afer i formatted, i download Fences 4 (as there was no Fences 3 available)

3. I am using windows 10 enterprise

Fences4 is an upgrade not an update and requires a new Lic. purchase .

That is not the correct link for a purcased version of Fences but the link is for an old trial version of Fences 3 and not supposed to work anymore. As mentioned above, the download should be there on your account page or you must have purchased using another e-mail (different account).
