bridge is not showing in my orders / downloads. I have the app but nowhere to enter my key which was emailed to me.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys to get to your product. Try using the email address that received the email with your key in it. Report back if you still need assistance.
