When Neil wakes up....he'll probably say 'yes'...as if there's much to solve in WB11 for Win11 you'd expect quirks and/or limitations/whatever would be addressed by a new ver to suit....;)

I am willing to bet more concrete answers will be announced after Sun Valley 2 drops for Windows 11 which is speculated to be Feb 4th on the DEV channel. This will be Windows big build of the year and all of stardocks software will need to be calibrated to it... Neil is probably busy pulling his hair waiting for it.
