Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, it might be that you did not actually send in a report. Usually, if I remembered correctly, when your click send, it will give you a ticket numbers for your reference. If you never get that, it might be your ticket never even been created. Please try again.
Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the refund option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.
