Star 11 Licence Key

Hi, I have just purchased Star11 but not received the key.  When I try and click on the link to retrieve this I am told my email doesn't exist on the system.  What is the best way to rectify this please and find my product key?

Hello Basj,

Unfortunatelly that procedure doesn't work for me - I got an err msg that the account doesn't exist. In fact I made a purchase before login, just after clicking "Purchase Code" from the App (free-trial one). So now I have only purchhase confirmation from PayPal and nothing more. What am I to do?

Hello,

Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details on your purchase there and Support will help you from there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket since that will only confuse the system. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer on first come first serve bases.

Yes I have tried that but the system tells me my email is not recognised.  I have submitted a support email. Hopefully get an answer soon.

You do not need to log in to raise a Support Ticket. If you already done that, what is your Suport ticket numbers?

Sorry I didn't make a not of the support ticket number.  Is there anyway I can find this out?

Is your PayPal email the same as your Stardock login email?
