Activation mail not received (change of email address)

Hi all,

I bought the Descape product yesterday with paypal attached to my current email address, then I noticed that my Stardock account was still pointing to an old email, that's why I have nothing in the "My Downloads" and "Order History" sections.

(luckily, I received the product download link with the serial number on my current email address yesterday)

I then tried to change my email address in the account management section but I still haven't received an email to validate it... (2 tries without success) ?

For the moment, it's as if I haven't made any purchase with my Stardock account.

Can you help me please?

I followed the procedure well.

I don't ask how to change my email address in my Stardock account, I explain that I don't receive the activation email...

i am not really sure why you have not receive your validation email. But, if you have follow all the steps correctly and you have not receive it. Please raise a support ticket using the link below. And Support will help you from there.

Ok, thank you.

I did open a ticket (SSN-25824).

(I did enter the last field "Send confirmation by email to ..." with my current address but I still haven't received the automatic notification that the ticket has been opened ... strange)

I still have no news about the ticket I opened.

I hope that the answer was not sent to my old address (to which I no longer have access) ...

Need to be patience for Support to get to your ticket, they go through it base on first come first serve, so your ticket will be answer eventually.
