License upgrade 1 to 5 install

Is there a way to upgrade the license from "1 active install" to "5 active install" ?

I know that. I rephrase an upgrade from "1 install license" 6.99 to "5 install license" 16.99 means pay 10$ to upgrade.

There is finally a way to do this I believe. Someone earlier said that you could ask for a refund for the 1 license and instead buy the 5 license through a support ticket.
