Upgrade authorization issue

I bought a start10 before, but now only one device can be activated after the upgrade. I would like to ask if there is a preferential way to upgrade to 5 licenses activated by Start11?

I am an old user of yours. Both start8 and start10 can activate 5 pcs at the same time. Why does it become a single pc activated after this upgrade? Why? This is too unfair.

Yes, only one license per pc, this can be seen in Stardock EULA : More on it here : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#pcinstalls. There is an option to purchase Start11 for 5 activation as seen on Start11 product page :

I believe, that is because, Stardock do not enforce the 1 pc per license for Start10, yet.

Apparently you should read EULA's. Here is a real one for a different product called gamestation. This is not a stardock product.

Gamestation EULA stated

By placing an order via this Web site on the first day of the fourth month of the year 2010 Anno Domini, you agree to grant Us a non-transferable option to claim, for now and for ever more, your immortal soul. On a serious note, I would like to request an upgrade option on the 5 license option so users can choose to upgrade to 5 licenses at a discount

No, I bought start10 before. After you started selling start11, I saw that there was an upgrade option, but I could only upgrade to 1pc instead of the number of pcs I upgraded from start8 to start10. I hope there is an option to upgrade to 5pc. You have not responded positively to me. I think your 5pc upgrade to 1pc method is very inhumane, and it is not a normal business's approach to old users. I hope there is an explanation. If you are bullying customers, there is no way but to force us not to use your products.

One can get a single license at a perpetual discount forever using the 'Upgrade' option or purchase the 5 pack (again, heavily discounted) to have 1 key with 5 concurrent activations on it.
