Fences 3 to 4 upgrade with Steam licence

Is there any eta on when it's Fences 4 coming to Steam?
I bought Fences 3 on Steam and hoped for a discount for the Fences 4 upgrade, either through Steam of directly from your store.
My 30 days trial on Win 11 has already expired, and I don't really want to downgrade to 3 again so I'd like to buy soon.
