How to increase KVM licenses?

I found this post and did not see an answer posted. How to increase KVM licenses? » Forum Post by davidrsullivan (stardock.com)

I am having the same issue. I have Multiplicity 3 Pro but can only add two computer to KVM How do I get past this.

The issue is that I currently can only get two KVM systems registered. I have the Pro license. Pro shows up to 9 PC KVM If I had just standard I would only be 1PC so I am not sure how I have more than KVM but less than KVM Pro.
